i won!

jojie and i were having dinner this evening when i mentioned charlene gonzales and the high-tide-low-tide question. you guys remember that? when charlene joined ms. universe a decade ago, she was asked how many islands does the philippines have. she asked the emcee if high tide or low tide ba. :) anyway, i mentioned that kanina (i cannot even remember why our conversation steered that way) and then my nagmamagaling na hubby said, in his most "duh!" voice, "hon, ano ka ba? si miriam quiambao yung tinanong ng high tide or low tide!"

"hindi kaya! si miriam quiambao yung nadapa! si charlene yung high tide or low tide!"

and we proceeded to argue for the next several minutes which ended in a bet. at first, the prize was money kaya lang corny naman yun kasi basically hati naman kami sa pera, i mean, talaga namang ibibigay niya rin sa kin yung money niya so walang saysay. then we decided na the prize would be a kinky request na gagawin for 20 minutes. hahaha! we ended up betting a day's worth of being the other's slave! hahaha!

jojie should have realized that for me to bet one whole day of being his slave, i was so sure of my answer. but no! my stubborn hubby continued to boast that he has a sure win. haha!

after dinner, i googled charlene gonzales and of course, i won!!! syempre, when he realized he has lost and that he has to be my slave, aba! binaliktad ang istorya! panalo raw siya kasi tama raw siya na si miriam yung nadapa! excuse me!! grrr!

after an hour of taunting, he finally admitted that i won! mwahahahaha!!!

desperate housewives

am watching desperate housewives right now and although abie's right.. medyo weird nga na kainggitan sila kasi nga desperate sila... i so want to be a housewife... yun lang...
