menu
did you know that a whole chicken can be cut into 12 pieces (not including the neck)? which means i can divide one chicken into three meals. :)
hay! the things you learn while being a maybahay.
i wrote down our menu for the whole week. here it is:
monday:
bfast: tocino (homemade - ginawa ko ito!), sunny side up, fried rice
lunch / baon: porkchop
dinner: dine out
tuesday:
bfast: beef tapa slices, scrambled egg with tomatoes, fried rice
lunch / baon: chicken afritada
dinner: fried tilapia, ginisang pechay
wednesday:
bfast: palm corned beef, sunny side up, fried rice
lunch / baon: sandwich for me; no baon for jojie
dinner: porkchop, squash with alugbati
thursday:
bfast: chesedog, omelette (with onion, tomatoes, cheese, bell pepper), fried rice
lunch / baon: adobo
dinner: fried chicken, garden salad
friday:
bfast: adobo, scrambled egg, fried tomatoes, fried rice
lunch / baon: chicken curry
dinner: kardillong tilapia
so far, nasusunod ko naman yang menu, except this morning when i ran out of time at hindi na ako naka-prepare ng fried rice. pero masarap naman yung chicken afritada ko na kanina ko rin lang umaga ginawa (at least accdg to my husband dearest) so okay na rin. 4:34 ako ng umaga gumising kanina! haaay! antok na antok pa ako ngayon! :)

Hi Clarice,
Alma here, a fellow w@wie. Do you really prepare all of your food? Bilib talaga ako sayo..when do you prepare your baon for lunch? Sometimes gusto kong mag prepare ng 'elaborate' food kaso pagdating namin ng bahay mag se-seven pm na so dapat yung medyo madaliang lutuan na lang or else magugutom kaming dalawa...hay!
Ang hirap pala talagang mag-isip ng menu for the whole week.
Got married last Jan8 lang kaya naaaliw ako dun sa isang buwan mo na post :)
yung blogsite namin di ko pa na-u-update...buti ka pa naayos mo na..i used to visit ur site kasi before your wedding...ngayon lang ulit ako naka visit...nakakainggit ka nga kasi mukhang ang dami mong naging w@wie friends :)
naku, ang haba na ng comment ko.
